It was OK, good value for money, but we were not expecting to have to leave the keys with them for them to move the car. This should have been made clearer at the outset. When we returned the sunroof was partially open and luckily it was not raining...

I had trouble finding the car park at first , but the call handler was patient and guided me in saying ...just continue down road , when you are thinking it's leading nowhere to the back of beyond . Sure enough the car park exists. Then we were speedily shuttled into the Airport . It was a smooth and efficient pick up from the airport at the end of my trip .

I have no words to describe the service I got here, simply the best, after a long flight which was delayed I was obviously worried I'd find the place closed and no way to get my car, I called the number and Adil picked up, reassured me that I would have my car and a pick up from the airport, all went well until my car wouldn't start, Adil helped me jump start my car and all through reassuring me that all was OK and that it could've been worse(I was already tired from the long trip, along with loosing my phone and found it afterwards) He was very patient with me, we spent close to an hour sorting my car looking for cables and all. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone travelling, did I mention it's also ulez free area. Many thanks to all your team Adil.

Really efficient service and excellent value for money. I was taken to the airport within 5 minutes of arriving and on my return, again I only waited 5 minutes.
My only comment is that it took 30 minutes for the car to be delivered on our return. Given this was 10.30 at night, we could have done with it being delivered sooner.
We were meet, after ringing to say we were 30 minutes away (with a very unenthusiastic man on the phone), by 2 men who insisted we give them the money for the car park, he said if I go and pay for the parking myself it would cost extra, even after I showed him the email which said in capitals DONT GIVE THE DRIVER ANY MONEY. He was very insistent to the point of being aggressive. So we handed some money over. When we landed we rang straight away and were met 45 minutes later (after waiting 5 minutes as we got through passport and baggage collection very quickly) was given the ticket and paid for the parking at the machine. Whilst everything worked out ok having used meet and greet before they had no desk they were working from and by the time you added parking on top they were inline if not slightly higher than other quotes. Sadly, I won't be using again due to the attitude of several of their people.

Very good service as always , I always use Sure Parking, I was not hanging around at all for my car ,they have moved there location to car park 6 level 4 , this was much better especially moving from the car park to the terminal.
The guys are running a tight operation. They might be bit late on one of the legs sometimes, but they do turn up and the job is done. Will be using them again.
Good and easy experience, quick transfer from car park to airport
First impressions were not good - it felt more like leaving my car at a breakers yard. But i stuck with it and everything was fine on my return. Since the price was exceptional i could overlook any shortcomings.

Good service - dropping off and collecting can be a bit chaotic as there is just one staff member trying to juggle everything. Also they ask you to call in advance of arriving to drop off, yet because it’s a mobile number, it’s almost always engaged. We got through and the staff member said we would be directed where to park when we arrived (which we weren’t) - just seemed a pointless call.
Got told on arrival back that we’d have to wait 25 minutes which is ridiculous. Luckily a minibus arrived sooner and we just got on

We had no hiccups at all pleasant service. My only thoughts are if it was raining or bad weather it’s a fair distance to walk to and wait (drop off and pick up at exit of short term carpark) it would be much better at the drop and pick up zone.
This was my first time using Just Park. The arrival was quite smooth. The return, I was expecting to phone when I collected my baggage, but I was phoned by yourself before I had picked up my baggage. After picking up my baggage I tried 3 times to phone but without success. You then phoned me, and I advised you that I had collected my baggage. All went well after that. Generally I was pleased with the service.

Easy communication with controller. Polite & helpful staff. Prompt arrival for pick-up. Took a bit longer than advised with the drop off but overall a positive experience. Would be more than happy to use again.

Drop off was fine.
Pick up was convoluted because I misheard the instructions and waited on the 3rd floor not ground. I phoned and was not listened to and was told it was fine and the driver would be there soon. This resulted in a half hour delay. I had been worried because of many bad reviews. The car was returned in reasonable condition. So not a scam and all ok.
I have used countless Meet & Greet services at London airports - with very mixed experiences each time - but genuinely, this service provider was the best I've had. Arrived for pick up and drop off very promptly, no waiting around and everything was managed efficiently and with very friendly service. I highly recommend this provider above others at LHR.

We have used meet and greet with varying degrees of success, with the worst experience being a 40 minute wait in a very cold car park.
But this experience was the best. Five minutes wait when getting to Heathrow and an impressive two or three minutes when leaving for home.
Also, Compare Your Parking sorted out an alternative company (Premium Travel Ltd) when the original went out of business. This could have been a lot more stressful than it actually was.
I will definitely use again.
